Research and practice
Anne Flodén is Associate Professor at the University of Gothenburg, Sweden, and Director of Strategic Development, Associate Professor, and Clinical Researcher at South Älvsborg Hospital, with more than 40 years of clinical, educational, administrative, and research experience in nursing. Her research focuses on organ donation and transplantation, professional and organizational development, and strategies to improve donation processes, transplantation outcomes, and healthcare quality. Building on 16 years of experience as a Transplant Coordinator at Sahlgrenska University Hospital, she combines clinical expertise with innovative research and is actively involved in national and international collaborations to advance knowledge and practice in organ donation and transplantation.
