Research and practice
Margret Lepp is Professor Emerita in Health and Care Sciences at the Sahlgrenska Academy, University of Gothenburg, Sweden, and at Østfold University College and the University of Inland Norway. She is internationally recognized for her pioneering work in drama in education, with a focus on care pedagogy, experiential learning, professional competence development, internationalization, and conflict management, advancing the use of drama-based methods in healthcare and professional education. She is a co-founder of the European Network of Nursing Academies (ENNA), in addition she has also served as Adjunct Professor at Griffith University, Australia, and Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia, and is widely acknowledged for her leadership in international collaboration, intercultural learning, and innovative healthcare education.
