Biography
Research and practice
Maria Larsson is Professor of Nursing at Karlstad University, Sweden. Her research focuses on palliative care and oncology nursing, with a particular interest in patients', relatives' and healthcare professionals' experiences of care. She is also Director of the Research School in Health at Karlstad University, where she leads initiatives to strengthen doctoral education and interdisciplinary health research. Through her research and academic leadership, she contributes to the development of evidence-based nursing and healthcare.
