Denice Högstedt

Denice Högstedt is a Lecturer in Nursing at the University of Gävle, and a registered nurse with a PhD in Caring Science. Her research focuses on internationally educated nurses' inclusion in Swedish working life, with a particular emphasis on their competence, work environment and well-being. Her research also explores competence, professional development, work environment and well-being among nursing students and registered nurses beyond the context of internationally educated nurses.
