Anna Hollsten (RN, MHN, PhD-student) is a university lecturer in Nursing at Karlstad University, Sweden. She is involved in a research project investigating retired registered nurse´s self-assessed professional competence, using NPC Scale-SF. This research can improve the understanding of how registered nurses value their own professional competence after forty years in the profession. This will also validate the use of the NPC Scale-SF on this specific group of nurses
