Margret Lepp (RN, RNT, PhD) is Professor Emerita at the Institute of Health and Care Sciences, Sahlgrenska Academy, University of Gothenburg, Gothenburg, Sweden. She is Professor at Østfold University College, Halden, Norway and at Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences, Elverum, Norway. She is Adjunct Professor at the School of Nursing and Midwifery, Griffith University, Australia, and at the Faculty of Medicine, Public Health and Nursing, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. She has an international reputation in drama in education and applied theatre in professional health care education. Her main research areas are within care pedagogics, learning and drama, health care professionals´ competence development, internationalization, and conflict management. She is one of the founders of ENNA (European Network Nursing Academies).
