Research and practice
Ann Gardulf is Associate Professor at Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm, Sweden, Professor at Inland Norway University, and Affiliated Professor at the Red Cross Institute for Humanitarian Studies in Tokyo, Japan. She is internationally recognized as a leader in the field of subcutaneous immunoglobulin (IgG) treatment for patients with primary immunodeficiencies, and her research also focuses on patient-reported outcome measures, educational interventions in chronic diseases, safety, quality and competence in healthcare, as well as internationalization, interdisciplinary collaboration, and conflict management. She is a co-founder and active member of the International Nursing Group for Immunodeficiencies.
