Anna Hollsten

Anna Hollsten is a university lecturer in Nursing at Karlstad University, Sweden, and a PhD student in Nursing. Her doctoral research project investigates retired registered nurses' self-assessed professional competence using the Nurse Professional Competence Scale Short Form (NPC Scale-SF). This research aims to enhance understanding of how registered nurses evaluate their professional competence after more than forty years in the profession and to validate the use of the NPC Scale-SF for this specific group of nurses.
