Anna Hollsten

Anna Hollsten is a university lecturer and PhD student at Karlstad University, Sweden. She has been actively involved in several areas of nursing education, including clinical education, mental health nursing, and the supervision of undergraduate dissertations. She holds a Master's degree in Mental Health Nursing and has more than 10 years of clinical nursing experience prior to entering academia. Her doctoral research focuses on registered nurses who have reached retirement age, examining their self-assessed professional competence after approximately 40 years of work experience using the Nurse Professional Competence Scale Short Form (NPC Scale-SF).
